Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client/Member and PT Raga Nusa Property governing Villa Management, Authorized Hotel Operation, Memberships, Travel Packages, and Vehicle Rentals.
01. Enrollment Eligibility & Authority
To utilize any services within the Lanusa Island ecosystem—including property investments, hotel bookings, tour reservations, and vehicle rentals—individuals must be at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts in Indonesia. By engaging our services, you represent that all institutional and personal data provided is complete, true, and verifiable.
02. Vacation Ownership & Villa Management
Lanusa Island Memberships (Discovery, Voyager/Gold, Elite/Platinum) represent a transferable "Right-to-Use" asset across managed villa properties. Property owners contracting PT Raga Nusa Property for full-service Villa Management grant full authority to our institution to handle operational staffing, asset maintenance, guest check-ins, and timeshare yield optimization.
03. Authorized Hotel Operator Alliances
PT Raga Nusa Property serves as an official inventory management operator for authorized partner hospitality brands (including Aviary Hotel Bintaro and D'Best Hotel Bandung). While PT Raga Nusa Property guarantees room availability according to tier quotas, guests must comply with individual hotel house rules and property safety standards during their stay.
04. Travel & Concierge Tour Services
All curated island itineraries, private yacht charters, and excursion packages arranged through Lanusa Island Concierge are subject to weather conditions and local island regulations. PT Raga Nusa Property reserves the right to modify itinerary sequences in the event of force majeure to ensure guest safety.
05. Vehicle & Transport Rental Terms
Our fleet services include chauffeured luxury MPVs/SUVs and self-drive premium motorbikes (NMAX, XMAX, Vespa). For self-drive options, renters must hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Indonesian SIM C license. Renters are fully responsible for any vehicle damages incurred during the rental period outside insured coverage limits.
06. Financial Integrity & Service Delivery
All payments, including membership acquisitions and transport bookings, are processed via direct bank transfers or encrypted payment channels managed by PT Raga Nusa Property. Digital Welcome Packs, Unique Membership Codes, or Booking Confirmations will be issued via email within a maximum of 24 hours post-verification.
07. Refund & Cancellation Policy
New membership enrollments are eligible for a 14-day Cooling-Off Period. Approved refunds within this period are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Vehicle rental or tour package cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
